DYDS2000 Ultrasonic Flow Meter, Ultrasonic Heat Meter
1、 Overview
The DYDS2000 series ultrasonic flowmeter is a newly designed universal time difference ultrasonic flow measuring instrument based on similar foreign products. This product is widely used for uninterrupted measurement of the flow and heat of clean and uniform liquids in industrial environments. The DYCS2000 series ultrasonic flowmeter has strong adaptability, low power consumption, high reliability, anti-interference, and optimized intelligent signal adaptive processing capabilities. It does not require circuit adjustment and is easy to operate. The CS2000 series ultrasonic flowmeter, with its excellent circuit design concept and selection of high-quality components, has gradually replaced early similar products and become the most widely used flow measurement instrument in China.
2、 Working principle
Ultrasonic flowmeter consists of three parts: ultrasonic transducer, electronic circuit, and flow display and accumulation system. The ultrasonic transducer converts electrical energy into ultrasonic energy and emits it into the measured fluid. The ultrasonic signal received by the receiver is amplified by electronic circuits and converted into an electrical signal representing the flow rate, which is supplied to the display and integration instrument for display and integration.
When an ultrasonic beam propagates in a liquid, the flow of the liquid will cause a slight change in propagation time, and the change in propagation time is proportional to the flow velocity of the liquid, which follows the following expression:
